Enjoy a seated tasting with one of our dedicated wine educators, featuring a comparative tasting flight of the Anaba Proprietors’ favorite small-lot wine selections, which were inspired by their travels. Customize to a red wine or white wine version of this tasting to your preference. This tasting takes place in the exclusive members-only club room with views of vineyards and Sonoma Mountain. Each wine flight will be complemented by a trio of light snacks to highlight the wines.

Minimum two people per reservation, and reservations must be made 36 hours in advance.

Immerse you group in the winemaking process!  Begin with a tasting of our Anaba wines to get the creative juices flowing along with an explanation of a day in the life of a winemaker as they craft the final wine.  Beakers and barrel samples of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre will be at the ready to create your own Châteauneuf-du-Pape style blends.  Complete the process by naming your wine, creating your pitch and offering your final blend for us to award bragging rights to the winners.  Available for groups of 10 to 50 by advanced reservation.
